This listing is for ONE 8mm Gemstone diffuser bracelet of choice.
To use as a diffuser bracelet, add a couple drops of your favorite essential oil and rub into the Lava beads. The solid wood beads will patina (darken) with age. Worn next to your skin, they will absorb your natural oils, skincare products, and essential oils, should you choose to use them as diffuser bracelets which will cause them to darken as they age.
My beaded gemstone bracelets are made with an elastic stretch cord, I double thread and provide multiple knots through out the bracelet to ensure/prevent the cord from snapping/breakage/or coming undone . Please see notes below for choosing the correct sizing and care of your gemstone bracelet.

MEASURE YOUR WRIST: Take a piece of string and wrap comfortably around your wrist and mark. Hold against ruler for your size. If you prefer a little looser fit on the wrist, I would recommend sizing up a half inch.

CARE: Although these are called stretch bracelets, I highly recommend that you do not stretch them to put them on. Simply place bracelet around fingers and roll down hand/wrist when putting on these beaded bracelets. Stretching the bracelets out can cause the elastic to decrease and cause sagging or possible breakage of the elastic.
